Ealy 4 Mayor he not complaining: he's out campaigning for change!

My name is Larry E. Ealy a resident of Dayton for 45 years. I have decided to run for Mayor of Dayton Ohio because we need change, and we need change now. The City of Dayton is on the decline both structurally and economically. The City looks like a war zone, and its all due to the acts and failure to act of the current administration.

The City is in need despirate competent leadership and guidance the Mayor has abondon the people she swore to protect, we the people have been deprived of our civil and constitutional rights and denied the due prcess of law by the Dayton Police and Municipal and County Courts in , Ohio we are victims of police brutailty and malicious prosecution along with false arrest.

African Americans in the general term are racially profiled and have been targeted for denial of due process by illegal search and seizer and detention the new Chief of Police has a directive to stop search seize and detain people of the African and colored race the directive is to be enforced on sight even though in direct violation of State law and federal law of the land I aas newMayor of Dayton will enforce the currnt and standing Fourteenth Amendment under the United States Constitution and apply it directly against said intrusion by arbitray agents of the state of Ohio.

In 1990 I Mayor elect Larry E. Ealy was attacked beaten and assulted in the Dayton Municipal Courts building by 6 white Dayton Police Officers where they conspired to cut of his oxegyn supply by hanging him: after I was brutalizied to the extreme and as I lay unconsious from the Courtyhouse attack thats when I realized that God was real and was present in the Courthouse that day and spared my life even though the Dayton Police consopired to end my life while acting under the color of authority and now I must give back to the comminity what God showed me that day in time.

Now I seek to protect the weak, poor and the innocent from this kind of attack, My mother was told in 1974 that I Larry E. Ealy had an 6 grade education anfd African americans could not provai in mist educational settings in the AUnited States of America, but now as Mayor not only will administer the law of the land but it will be enforced for all citizens according to its Constitutional powers and all of its existing provisions.

The City of Dayton will under go a major face lift and new construction will take place I will work day in and day out with other City and County officials to bring good paying jobs back to Dayton Ohio and rebuild te City and restore lost hope.

The elderly will be look after and provided the best services from our employees on a daily basis.

The truency laws will be enforced 5 days a week to make sure each and every student is where he or she is suppose to be during school hours.

We will get the high school students back on the local school buses and asure there safety back and fourth to school.

The homelessness problem will be eliminated all together and all the abandon homes will be restored and the homeless will have a chance to start over and be a productive citizen again its a known fact that there are as money abondon houses as there is homeless families in Dayton Ohio.

These are only a few things that is on the afenda box I need input from each and every citizen with a voice to help me began the campaign for change in Dayton Ohio.

Its time to stop complaining and start campaigning right, here right now, lets start in your own back yard, we have suceeded in getting a new black president lets keep the fight moving for racial and human equality for the future of all mankind lets fight for everyones rights because its time now to unite every becuase belive me being ununited is no fun for any one.
